Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Good Job Graphics, most of our work is produced locally in the Las Vegas area, and we offer several ways to get your order to you: local pickup, local delivery, professional installation, and shipping for eligible items.

Local Pickup

 

Most orders are available for free pickup at our shop in Boulder City, NV. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or Sat 10am-2pm PST.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within the Las Vegas valley for many products. Delivery availability and fees depend on the size of the order and your location — we'll confirm delivery options and any charges when you place your order.

Installation

Signs, vehicle graphics, wall and window graphics, and other installed products are scheduled for professional installation rather than shipped. We'll coordinate installation timing with you directly after your order and proof are approved.

Shipping

For eligible smaller items — such as stickers, decals, and apparel — we offer shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted based on the item, quantity, and destination.

Production & Turnaround Times

Production time is separate from shipping or pickup time. Because our products are custom-made, most orders require production time before they're ready, and every order is reviewed and proofed before it goes into production.

 

Turnaround varies by product and order size — we'll give you an estimated timeline when you order, and rush options may be available. [Add your typical turnaround range if you want, e.g., "most orders are ready in3-5 business days."

 

Order Delays

Custom production timelines can be affected by proof approval, artwork issues, material availability, or install scheduling. We'll keep you informed if anything affects your timeline. Delays caused by late proof approval or artwork revisions may extend your completion date.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, contact us within 7 days of receipt or we'll make it right. Please keep all packaging for shipped items.
